1. Reservations and payment

• The reservation is valid after payment of 100% of the price of the stay via the Stripe payment gateway or by bank transfer (within 72 hours).
• After payment is received, the guest will receive an email confirming the reservation.
• Unpaid reservations are automatically canceled.
• Payments made through Booking, Airbnb, and Previo are subject to the terms and conditions of these platforms.
• The numerical code for entering the apartment will be sent to you via SMS before your arrival.

 

2. Terms and conditions of stay

• Only persons over the age of 18 may make reservations.
• Accommodation is intended exclusively for the number of persons specified in the reservation.
• The guest is required to fill in the registration details (online form / proof of identity in accordance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll.).
• The guest may not transfer the apartment to another person without the consent of the accommodation provider.

3. Payment

• Payment is made by bank transfer or online credit card (GoPay system) in Czech crowns.
• You will pay 100% of the amount when making the reservation.
• Accommodation prices can be found in the Prices and reservations tab and, the total price for your stay will be calculated automatically by the system.

4. Cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival → no charge.
• 30–10 days prior to arrival → 50% of the price.
• 9 days or less → 100% of the price.
• Early termination of stay through no fault of the accommodation provider → no entitlement to a refund.

5. Guest responsibility

• Guests are responsible for damage to equipment and inventory. Damage must be reported and paid for on site.
• The guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a normal condition and cleanliness.
• In the event of a serious violation of the terms and conditions, the operator has the right to terminate the stay immediately without compensation.

6. CCTV system

• A camera system is installed in the common areas for the safety of guests and protection of property.
• The data controller is Apartmány Pro Dva s.r.o. Records are stored for 12 days in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Conclusion

• By paying for their stay, guests confirm their agreement with these rules and conditions.
• Legal relations not governed by these terms and conditions are governed by the Civil Code and other legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
