How it all began
In 2025, we completed the construction of our apartment building – a place where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our apartments were designed as studios. This means that they include a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette in one room. The building has three separate identical units located on the ground floor, each with its own entrance and bathroom.
Every piece of furniture, every detail, and every cup of coffee on the terrace is here because we wanted to create a space that reflects everything we love. The apartments exude respect for nature and an emphasis on comfort. Whether you come to ski, hike, or just be together, you will enjoy it here.
Natural materials such as oak wood, raw stone, and muted colors create an atmosphere that is easy to breathe in. Every inch has been designed to please, but also to be functional. The spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage space, and two comfortable armchairs with a side table create a pleasant relaxation area. You will want to enjoy every moment here. Just sitting, looking out the window, and being together.
A king-size bed made of solid oak with a high-quality medium-firm mattress 20 cm thick and slatted frames is the heart of the apartment. Damask bedding made of 100% cotton yarn and soft spare blankets complete the absolute comfort. Sleep is not just a necessity here – it is a ritual of peace.

floor heating, a spacious shower, and fluffy towels made of high-quality cotton. Plus, delicately scented soap, a hairdryer, and everything else you need. A small private wellness area that will remind you that you are on vacation.

Fully equipped for cooking and breakfast in bed
Cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, ESE Pody coffee maker, pots, cutting boards, and wine glasses—in short, everything you need. Plus a dining table and chairs made of solid oak. And as an extra treat, we have prepared portioned tea, sugar, salt, oil, and basic spices for you.
Because the first evening should be about you, not shopping.

The place where you stop
Each apartment has French doors leading to a covered terrace with a front garden. There are walls between the individual terraces for complete privacy. Settle into the armchairs, open a bottle of wine, and watch as day slowly turns into night.
Come in – the first step will warm you up, because you will step directly onto the heated floor
In winter, you will appreciate the ski racks and electric ski boot dryer, and in summer, the bike racks.
Each apartment comes with one free parking space right next to the building.
In the rear garden area, we have built a small natural sauna oasis where you can relax in complete privacy, without other guests or distractions. The Finnish sauna, made of solid wood, features a large window with tinted glass, giving you a feeling of freedom. At the entrance, behind a screen, you will find a cold plunge barrel, which for technical reasons is only in operation outside of the freezing season. On icy days, simply stepping out of the heated cabin or refreshing yourself with snow is sufficient. The perfect experience is enhanced after dark, when you can watch the starry sky while cooling off in the open air or in the warmth, through the large window.
Reservations are easy – maximum capacity is 6 people, but for complete privacy, you will probably want to reserve for just two. Sheets, towels, and sauna robes are available, all made from 100% cotton.

A Place for two
We are not a family-style accommodation. We have tailored everything so that you can enjoy your stay as a couple in peace and privacy. However, if you want to come with friends, there are three studio apartments available. Spend the day actively with friends, then return to us for a peaceful rest as a couple.
