Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
• Extension of stay only by agreement with the operator.

Use of the apartment

• Guests can use the apartment facilities and private parking (the parking lot is not guarded, the operator is not responsible for damage).
• The operator is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the apartment.
• It is forbidden to bring skis and bicycles into the apartments.
• Pets are not allowed.

Safety and order

• Smoking and open fires are strictly prohibited in the apartments. Violation will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
• Only personal hygiene appliances (electric razors, hair dryers) and phone/laptop chargers are permitted. The use of personal cookers, heaters, etc. is prohibited.
• When leaving the apartment, always turn off the lights, turn off the water, and lock the door.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• It is prohibited to store weapons, dangerous substances, or use drugs.

Responsibility

• Guests are not allowed to change the apartment’s furnishings (move furniture, stick decorations, etc.) without the operator’s consent.
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause and are obliged to pay for it.
• In the event of a serious violation of the rules, the operator has the right to terminate the stay without compensation.
